Researching case studies, hostage debriefs, intelligence and information received from various sources the Progressive Restraint Escape System (‘The System’) was subsequently developed in 2014 by a former British Police Officer with over 30 years’ experience working in law enforcement and the private security sector.
It has since been adopted by various select units from police, military, government agencies and specialist training schools worldwide.
